Secure Your Date

A signed contract and $500 deposit lock in your date. Weekend spots are limited to 2–3 outings per month.

Customize & Add On

Enhance your event with venue upgrades, professional photography, drone footage, and more.

Shotgun & Play

Weekend shotguns by 8:00 AM. Weekday shotguns by 9:30 AM. Ideal groups of 92–132 players.

Dine & Celebrate

Enjoy your chosen meal — breakfast, on-course wraps, or a post-round buffet — in our beautiful clubhouse.

Outing Details

Group Size

Ideal outings host between 92 and 132 golfers. Smaller groups can sometimes utilize a reverse shotgun format depending on availability.

Shotgun Times

Weekend outings must shotgun by 8:00 AM. Weekday outings must shotgun by 9:30 AM.

Weekend Availability

Weekend outings are limited to preserve availability for members and public play. We typically host only 2–3 weekend outings per month.

Securing Your Date

A signed contract and a $500 deposit are required to secure your date. Contact our Head Golf Professional to check availability.

Food & Beverage Policy

One meal provided by Quail Ridge is required for all outings. All F&B pricing is subject to 6% Michigan sales tax and a 20% service charge.
